Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team across multiple production positions. Duties
- Operate various manufacturing equipment, including hand tools, ensuring proper use and safety compliance
- Interpret production documents, and assembly instructions to execute tasks accurately
- Utilize measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality standards throughout the production process
- Perform manual handling and heavy lifting (maxium of 35 lbs) as required to support assembly line operations and material movement
- Maintain adherence to safety protocols and standards in all aspects of production activities
- Assist in process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements
- Manage inventory of parts and materials, ensuring proper storage and timely replenishment for continuous workflow
Experience
- Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing management principles and lean manufacturing techniques is advantageous
- Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly and using measuring instruments or gauges
- Knowledge of safety protocol adherence, manual handling procedures, and process improvement strategies

Pay: $22.48 - $27.21 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 48.0 per week
