Education/Certification:
- Master's degree in a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience OR
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of five (5) years of experience OR
- Associate's degree in a related field with a minimum of eight (8) years of experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service in an IT environment with a Master's degree OR
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in customer service in an IT environment with a Bachelor's degree OR
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in customer service in an IT environment with an Associate's degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience directly supervising technical staff and technology implementations
- Registered Texas School Business Official or Administrator (RTSBA or RTSBO), preferred
