Education/Certification:
- Master's Degree with Texas certification in school counseling
- Valid Texas teacher certification, preferred
- Valid Texas Administrator certification, preferred
- Licensed as a LPC, LPC-S, or LPC-A, preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of successful school counseling experience, including at least two (2) years at the secondary level
- Minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated leadership experience in counseling, CCMR, or related district initiatives
- Experience in comprehensive school counseling across PK-12 settings, including guidance curriculum, individual planning, responsive services, systems support, and graduation planning
- Experience leading district-wide professional learning, mentoring, or counseling-related committees, preferred
