Job Overview


The Sales and Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing the company's sales growth and marketing strategy, integrating brand promotion, customer acquisition, channel development, and sales conversion systems to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand brand influence, achieving efficient collaboration between marketing and sales. Core Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing Strategy Development


Develop the company's annual overall sales and marketing strategy and growth targets.


Break down company business objectives into actionable market and sales plans.


Plan product positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and sales strategies.


Sales Management and Revenue Growth


Responsible for sales target setting, budget management, and performance achievement.


Establish a sales pipeline management system to improve conversion rates and closing rates.


Optimize sales processes, customer acquisition strategies, and key account management.


Drive growth in key accounts, channel customers, and strategic partners.


Marketing and Brand Promotion


Oversee brand strategy, market communications, advertising, public relations, and content marketing.


Plan online and offline marketing activities to increase brand exposure and customer acquisition.


Manage digital marketing (SEO/SEM/social media/private domain/KOL) strategies.


Customer Acquisition and Conversion Optimization


Establish a user growth system, optimizing lead generation, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).


Integrate the marketing-to-sales conversion chain to improve marketing ROI and customer lifetime value (LTV).


Utilize data analytics to optimize advertising strategies and user operations.


Channel Expansion and Partner Management


Expand sales channels (direct sales, e-commerce, agents, distributors, channel partnerships).


Design channel policies, rebate systems, and cooperation models.


Establish an efficient channel management and empowerment system to improve channel output.


Data Analysis and Performance Management


Monitor key sales and marketing metrics (revenue, conversion rate, ROI, CAC, LTV, retention).


Establish a KPI/OKR system and performance incentive mechanism.


Regularly provide sales and marketing analysis reports to support management decision-making.


Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Business Support


Collaborate with product, operations, customer service, finance, supply chain, and other departments to improve overall business efficiency.


Support new product launches, pricing strategies, promotional activities, and market expansion.


Establish a customer feedback loop to drive product and service optimization.


Team Management and Organizational Development


Manage sales and marketing teams (sales, BD, marketing, brand, growth).


Establish talent pipelines, performance evaluation, and training systems.


Improve team execution, effectiveness, and customer-centricity.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements


Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field


20 years of sales or marketing experience, 15 years of team management experience


Experience in multi-channel sales, brand marketing, or growth operations is a plus
