Position Summary
This role supports the Client Marketing Director by ensuring thorough preparation, coordination, and insight. Responsibilities include managing client service preparation, organizing team schedules and task assignments, and conducting in-depth client performance research. The position is also responsible for compiling and delivering accurate, timely reporting, as well as providing detailed briefing materials to support the Director’s upcoming client calls. The role requires strong organizational skills, analytical capability, and attention to detail to ensure seamless execution and high-quality client service.
Pay Range:
$48,000-$54,000

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of administrative support
- High school diploma or GED
- A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
- Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred)
- High-level expertise in spreadsheets, word processing, and project management
- Google platform proficiency
- Type 50 WPM
- Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
- Flexibility to multitask and interact with and report to multiple individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Experience on a Mac
