As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing our business by developing new client relationships, nurturing existing accounts, and driving sales performance. You’ll combine strategic thinking with building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping shape the future direction of our sales efforts.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships that drive retention, growth, and customer satisfaction
- Partner with leadership to develop strategies that expand market presence and improve sales processes
- Attend tradeshows and networking events to meet clients, support business development, and represent the company
- Analyze sales performance data and metrics to uncover trends, insights, and areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM
- Contribute ideas for team initiatives, marketing, and long-term sales planning
You Might Be a Good Fit If You:
- Have 5 years experience in outside sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Are a relationship builder who enjoys connecting with clients and identify their needs
- Experience developing sales plans and analyzing metrics
- Have a willingness to travel
- Hold an Associates or Bachelor degree preferred
