Garfield Refining is seeking a customer-forward salesperson to join the Jewelry team as an Inside Sales Lead. The Inside Sales Lead will be pivotal in growing and retaining business within the jewelry and pawnbroker spaces. You must be able to guide B2B customers through Garfield’s refining services and negotiate their deals in real time. You might be a perfect fit if managing high-frequency sales against daily changes in market pricing sounds exciting. The ideal candidate is a proven closer with an enthusiasm for trading but does not require direct experience in precious metal buying. Effective relationship-building is a must.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Providing an exceptional end-to-end client experience from initial pitch through post-sale payment
- Negotiating frequent deals with existing and new clients
- Prospecting new leads and finding opportunities to increase sales
- Representing Garfield at occasional industry tradeshows to develop new business
You might be a good fit if:
- You have a minimum of 5 years sales experience, preferably B2B
- You are a relationship-builder and adept at managing diverse client profiles
- You are a natural negotiator and use strategic thinking to mitigate risk
- You are proficient in math, a knack for stock trading is a plus
- You have a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
