Job Summary
The FlexPath Coach provides targeted academic support and high-touch mentorship to students enrolled in the Coal Ridge High School, full-time online curriculum (CDLS). This role emphasizes student engagement, individualized instruction, and the development of executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, and accountability.
Serving as the primary point of contact for online learners, the Coach acts as a liaison between the online curriculum, the student’s home high school (Rifle or Coal Ridge), and their family to ensure alignment and progress toward graduation. The FlexPath Coach also collaborates with internal support staff from the student’s schools and the One Door Learning Center to implement strategies that promote academic success, consistent participation, and overall student well-being. The goal of this position is to provide the "human element" necessary to ensure that students seeking the flexibility of an online environment maintain the discipline and momentum required to achieve a traditional high school diploma.
Title- FlexPath Online Coach
Status- Full Time, 165 Days Per Year
Location: Main Location is "One Door"-Rifle CO, Offsite location-Coal Ridge High School as needed
