Senior Concierge Care Associate

Position Summary:
We are seeking a caring, dependable individual to join our growing team as a Senior Concierge Care Associate in northern and central, New Jersey. This role involves hands-onassistancewith a variety of non-medical tasks including errand running, companionship, escorting clients to appointments, andaccompanyingour professional drivers to support clients whorequireextra care or mobilityassistanceduring outings.

The Senior CCA requires experience as either an Occupational Therapist (OT) or Physical Therapist (PT). This position is initially offered on a per diem basis (W-2).

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide reliable companionship and social engagement
- Run errands (e.g., grocery shopping, pharmacy trips, dry cleaning)
- Accompany clients to medical and personal appointments
- Accompany drivers to assist clients with mobility or safety needs during transportation
- Assist with mobility as needed (e.g., opening/closing walkers, pushing wheelchairs)
- Support setup/breakdown of adaptive equipment to facilitate safe transfers into and out of vehicles
- Provide light household support when needed (mail pickup, light organizing)
- Communicate with family members and staff with empathy and clarity
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity of each client
- Assist with other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Required: Licensed or previously licensed OT or PT, or background in eldercare, social work, or related senior-supportive roles
- Requires minimum availability blocks of time of 4 hours during the week.

- Experience working with older adults in a personal or professional setting

- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
- Trustworthy, punctual, and attentive to detail
