Director of Business Partner Services
Reports To:
The Director of Business Partner Services will report to the CEO of Gared Performance Sports Systems.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage and develop a Team to build value-added partnership with fabrication partners through daily interface, proactive discussion and responsiveness to needs
- Collaborate within the organization to assist in developing and upgrading DBP capabilities through promotions, leveraging GPSS resources and conducting business reviews
- Manage effective complaint resolution and identify business trends in complaints, service and performance
- Provide oversight and task-specific training to coworkers and reports
- Representing the organization at industry events
- Assist with other Leadership to manage integration of key concepts/actions into the organization
- Analyze key indicators of customer performance and provide recommendations to leadership
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred
- 3 – 5 years of Inside Account Management experience
- Demonstrated Project Management skills
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD a plus
- Ability to establish priorities daily
- Advanced conflict management skills, especially with customers
- Ability to investigate complaints for facts and recommend resolutions in a timely manner
- Ability to build relationships and network/integrate customer into organization to be part of community
