Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled as a student at Gardner-Webb University.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Reliable and able to commit to a consistent work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data entry and management of donor and alumni databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Conduct phone calls to check in with alumni and donors.
- Create videos to show appreciation and ask for support.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, preparing mailers, and responding to supervisor requests.
- Collaborate with team members to research and update contact information and assist in prospect identification.
