Gardner Acquisitions & Closings LLC is hiring multiple Remote Private Equity Analyst Interns to help us evaluate and acquire small businesses across the United States.We are a company that buys small, profitable companies from retiring owners, and this internship gives you a front-row seat to how real acquisitions happen.This is an unpaid educational internship that provides 2 full years of professional work experience credit for résumé and reference purposes — while only requiring 3 months of part-time work.The internship runs December 4, 2025 – March 31, 2026, is fully remote, and interns choose their own schedule (15–20 hours per week Monday - Friday).You’ll work directly with the firm’s founder and receive training in how to:Analyze businessesCommunicate with brokers, owners, and investorsEvaluate financials and deal structuresParticipate in real acquisition decisionsYou will even learn how people buy businesses with little or no money down — skills you can use to acquire your own company in the future.No busy work.
