Gardner Acquisitions & Closings LLC is hiring multiple Remote Private Equity Analyst Interns to help us evaluate and acquire small businesses across the United States.We are a company that buys small, profitable companies from retiring owners, and this internship gives you a front-row seat to how real acquisitions happen.This is an unpaid educational internship that provides 2 full years of professional work experience credit for résumé and reference purposes — while only requiring 3 months of part-time work.The internship runs December 4, 2025 – March 31, 2026, is fully remote, and interns choose their own schedule (15–20 hours per week Monday - Friday).You’ll work directly with the firm’s founder and receive training in how to:Analyze businessesCommunicate with brokers, owners, and investorsEvaluate financials and deal structuresParticipate in real acquisition decisionsYou will even learn how people buy businesses with little or no money down — skills you can use to acquire your own company in the future.No busy work. We focus on recession-resistant companies generating $1M–$10M in annual profit (EBITDA), with an emphasis on healthcare, home services, industrial services, and other essential industries.Unlike large private equity firms, we operate a founder-led search and acquisition model. That means we personally source deals, negotiate with owners, work directly with lenders and investors, and oversee the transition of each company after acquisition.Our team brings experience in healthcare operations, business management, SBA acquisition financing, and entrepreneurial dealmaking. We move quickly, analyze opportunities directly, and build long-term value through responsible ownership—not flipping companies for short-term gain.Interns who join us get rare exposure to the real acquisition process from start to finish, gaining skills that typically take years to access in private equity, investment banking, or consulting careers.
