ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance
- Identify common operational issues in HVAC systems
- Complete minor repairs and part replacements
- Measures voltage, current, and resistance with supervision
- Uses gauges to check refrigerant pressure (may assist with charging)
- Document service work carried out

Physical Requirements:
You’ll be performing hands-on work and repairs, which will include:
- Getting up on rooftops (via ladder) to access HVAC equipment.
- Loading and unloading tools and equipment from your work van.
- Lifting up to 75 lbs on occasion, and up to 25 lbs overhead.
- Climbing ladders and extending reach overhead as part of your daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- Formal HVAC training
- 4 years of experience
- Understands refrigeration theory
- Reads and interprets basic wiring diagrams
- Familiar with thermostat controls and basic building systems
