Valet Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Parking Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities. Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking their vehicles efficiently and safely.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized parking area, ensuring all vehicles are parked according to established guidelines.
• Operate various types of vehicles, including manual transmission, with proficiency.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Assist in managing the flow of traffic within the parking facility to maximize space utilization.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience at the location.
• Report any vehicle damage or safety concerns to management immediately.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong driving skills with experience operating manual transmission vehicles is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Experience in dealership or delivery driver roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with parking operations and retail math is beneficial.
