As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and assisting guests with inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide prompt assistance with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Promote hotel amenities and upsell services to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Process reservations, cancellations, and payments accurately
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with concierge services such as booking reservations and providing local information
- Uphold high standards of customer service at all times

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Experience with cash register operations is a plus
- Knowledge of electronics sales, jewelry sales, appliance sales, or grocery store operations is beneficial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
