What You’ll Do
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Manage a personal portfolio of smaller projects—guiding clients from first contact to completion.
- Create tailored proposals and estimates that exceed client expectations.
- Collaborate with design and operations teams to deliver top-quality service.
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and community activities to expand your professional reach.
- Maintain accurate sales records in our CRM system.
- Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Landscaping industry knowledge a plus (but not required).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Google Suite; CRM experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
