Landscape Maintenance Business Developer
Full-Time | Nashville, TN | Base Commission
Join Gardens of Babylon, a fast-growing landscape company and help expand our maintenance division. If you’re a natural relationship-builder with strong sales instincts, this role offers major growth and earning potential.
What You’ll Do
- Convert install clients into recurring maintenance contracts
- Generate $800k in annual maintenance revenue
- Sell enhancement services: lighting, irrigation, cleanups, lawn care
- Build estimates/proposals and present within 3 days
- Prospect through networking, referrals, & cold outreach
- Maintain strong gross margins (52–60%)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator confident closer
- Organized, efficient, and proactive
- Landscape/horticulture experience (3–5 years preferred)
- CAD/estimating experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
