Landscape/Masonry Team Leader – Make Outdoor Spaces Come to Life!

We’re hiring a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our award-winning team at Gardens of Babylon! You'll be leading residential and commercial landscape and masonry projects that transform outdoor spaces — all while keeping safety and customer satisfaction top of mind.
What You’ll Do:
- Create some of the most incredible outdoor living spaces in Nashville!
- Supervise and lead a crew on landscape/hardscape projects
- Plan projects to be completed safely, efficiently, and on budget
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Install natural stone, brick, block, outdoor kitchens, fire pits & more!
- Load/unload trucks daily and maintain a clean work area
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience in hardscape installation. Specializing in outdoor living spaces
- Supervisory/crew leadership experience
- Valid Driver’s License & insurable on company policy
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Team-player attitude and a willingness to grow
- Passion for landscaping and outdoor design
