This position is responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, documenting interactions, creating Salesforce cases, and assisting with online review responses. - Primary Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- One position available: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Essential Responsibilities
- Answers inbound customer and consumer phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide timely and accurate support for product questions, order inquiries, service concerns, and general customer requests.
- Creates customer and consumer cases within Salesforce.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews in a professional and brand-appropriate manner.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow established customer service procedures, workflows, and service standards.
- Assist with special projects, reporting, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and welcoming team culture.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is highly desired to help support our growing customer base and enhance the customer experience.
- Experience working in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Experience responding to customer reviews or social media inquiries.
- Experience in a high-volume phone environment.
- Experience supporting retail customers or consumers.
- Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends.
