Garden View Care Center at Dougherty Ferry is seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time Laundry and Housekeeping Attendant.
As a Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in resident rooms and common areas and ensuring that all laundry is properly cleaned and organized.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, including bathrooms, and common areas
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize laundry items
- Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Inspect laundered items for quality control
