Garden State Tile, a premier luxury tile distributor since 1957, is looking for a dynamic Showroom & Sales-Driven Operations Manager to lead our Charleston team. In this role, you’ll drive a "concierge-level" sales experience while coordinating seamless fulfillment through our offsite distribution center.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the Team: Inspire our showroom staff to provide elite service to designers, architects, and builders.
- Master Logistics: Coordinate with our offsite distribution center to ensure perfect project delivery using Epicor Prophet 21 technology.
- Build Partnerships: Grow relationships with Charleston’s top residential builders and interior designers.
- Drive Profitability: Implement strategies to boost sales and showroom efficiency.
