Garden State Tile, a premier luxury tile distributor since 1957, is seeking an exceptional Warehouse Manager to join our growing team in Dover, NJ. In this vital leadership role, you won't just oversee inventory -driving our signature "concierge-level" customer experience from the ground up.

Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Master the Operation: Receive and process incoming stock and materials, pick and fill orders from stock, and organize inventory within our state-of-the-art warehouse using Epicor Prophet 21 technology.
• Drive Operations Excellence: manage, pack, ship, and accurately prepare all orders for shipping and customer pick-ups, providing the highest level of concierge customer service to every client and team member.
• Manage Logistics: Load and unload trucks while safely processing transfers and orders in and out of the warehouse.
• Master the Facility: Coordinate daily inbound transfers, containers, LTL shipments, and ground transport into our computer systems.
• Maintain Accuracy: Perform cycle counts as scheduled to preserve accurate inventory levels and improve overall warehouse productivity.
• Cultivate Relationships: Act as a trusted resource for internal showroom staff and external delivery drivers to resolve customer issues quickly.
• Who You Are:
• A "concierge" mindset leader-you greet every guest with concierge service and thrive on running a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse.
• An operations professional who understands inventory mapping, strict cycle counts, spot checks, and asset protection.
• A tech-savvy leader proficient computer skills, tracking systems, and Epicor Prophet 21 technology or similar RFID warehouse technology.
