Front Office Associate – Growing Orthopedic Practice

Our expanding orthopedic group is seeking an energetic and flexible Front Office Associate to join our team. What you’ll do
You’ll be the welcoming face of our practice, helping patients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of front desk responsibilities, including:
- Greeting patients, checking them in and out, and ensuring all paperwork is complete
- Confirming demographic and insurance information
- Collecting co-payments and processing payments
- Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing appointment reminders
- Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Assisting physicians, managers, and team members with daily office needs
- Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Additional responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the office according to protocol
- Printing daily schedules and patient face sheets
- Managing faxes, reports, and other office communications
- Monitoring schedules and keeping patients informed about wait times
- Attending staff meetings and supporting special projects as needed

- Comfortable using a computer – training will be provided as needed
