What You’ll Do:

Greet patients warmly and professionally, in person and over the phone.

Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to keep the day running smoothly.

Check patients in and out, collect payments, and verify insurance.

Support providers by keeping them updated on patient arrivals and delays.

Answer questions, ease patient concerns, and provide exceptional care and service.

Maintain accurate patient records and manage office inventory.
- Assist in emergencies and protect patient privacy at all times.
What We’re Looking For:

1–3 years in a medical or healthcare setting.

Strong multitasking, organization, and time management skills.

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service focus.

Proficiency with scheduling and office software; eCW experience a plus.

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Ability to pass a Level II background check.
