Simply Set is part of a family-owned wholesale grower that specializes in a wide range of seasonal products, including annuals, perennials, and vegetables. We partner with major retailers. supplying high-volume, high-quality plant material while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have plant knowledge and hands-on experience, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and strong customer service skills. A commitment to following management direction and executing client initiatives is essential.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Display, merchandise, and maintain live plant products in large garden center environments
• Train and support other associates on procedures, displays, and proper watering practices
• Engage with customers and provide assistance as needed
• Work across multiple store locations when required
• Collaborate effectively with store personnel to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain regular communication with the Team Lead and promptly report any special requests or needs
  
  

Essential Duties

• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Saturday work is required as part of the role. During peak season, employees may also be required to work holidays
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. as needed
• Strong attention to detail
• Smartphone required
• Photos must be taken during each store visit and submitted to the Team Lead
