Garden State AGNC, Inc. is on the lookout for an energetic and people-focused Marketing Trainee to join our growing team. This role is all about real connections—working face-to-face with customers, supporting our clients, and bringing promotions to life in a retail environment. This is an entry-level, so no prior experience is required. We provide fully paid training and development!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and participate in our client's promotional campaigns to execute high-energy in-store promotions that attract customers, build excitement, and drive immediate sales
- Be the face of the brand—confidently explain product features and benefits to potential customers
- Create authentic connections through friendly, in-person conversations in a retail environment
- Stay up to date on brand and product details to deliver clear, compelling messaging
- Engage new customers and create opportunities through direct interaction, grow brand awareness, and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in marketing, retail, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to anyone
- Self-starter with good time management and follow-through
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
