What You’ll Do:
- Promote client brands through engaging, face-to-face conversations that educate customers and support marketing campaign success.
- Assist with in-store marketing events, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services
- Deliver personalized customer experiences that build positive relationships, increase brand awareness, and encourage long-term customer loyalty
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve sales and marketing campaign efforts

- Participate in ongoing training sessions focused on sales and face-to-face marketing techniques
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail preferred (but not required)
- Positive, coachable, and goal-oriented with strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
