Job Overview:
We are currently seeking an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, is eager to learn, and is motivated to develop a long-term career in sales and marketing. The successful candidate will support brand initiatives, assist customers, and help execute strategic direct marketing efforts in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional, face-to-face customer service and resolve customer concerns within a retail setting
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients
- Learn and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Meet or exceed weekly performance goals
- Support the team with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
