Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail environments to promote products and services
- Communicate product features, special offers, and brand benefits clearly and professionally
- Build positive relationships by providing outstanding customer service
- Participate in training sessions focused on marketing, communication, and sales techniques
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed daily and weekly goals
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and sales
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
- Prior experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
