This in-person role offers the opportunity to support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while making a positive impact on patients' daily experiences.
The starting hourly pay ranges from $24.80 to $31.00, based on qualifications and experience. - Educating patients on care plans, treatments, and procedures
- Communicating effectively with patients and care team members
- Answering, documenting, and responding to patient phone calls
- Supporting clinic operations and assisting team members as needed

Requirements
- Completion of an accredited medical assisting program OR current certification/licensure (LPN, CMA, RMA, or MA) in Minnesota

- Familiarity with medical systems and clinical tools
- Flexibility to travel to satellite locations as needed
