What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Partner Full Time Day Shift position at Garden Place Red Bud - Red Bud, IL?
THIS IS A FULL TIME DAY SHIFT CARE PARTNER POSITION, must be willing to work 12-hour shifts, 6am-6pm, including every other weekend. Join us on our mission to create a senior living revolution where compassion meets innovation!

What You’ll do
- Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and hygiene
- Lead and participate in meaningful activities to bring fun and joy to our residents
- Obtain food handlers permit (as required by state regulations) and help serve meals
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, team members, vendors and the general public
- Come to each scheduled shift with a positive attitude and ready to work
- Assist with general housekeeping duties and laundry as needed
- Must have kindness and compassion for and desire to work with the elderly
What You’ll Bring
- You will bring a willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
- You will bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
- You will need to be able to pass a fingerprint criminal background check, and meet health requirements including a physical exam & TB test
- You will bring the ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.
- You will bring great work ethic with attendance being a high priority.
