- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities as well as PRN

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report any changes to the care team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure high-quality care
- Foster a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and team members
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Active CPR Certification
