Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appearance of the resort and villas grounds areas by performing a diverse range of activities involved in grounds maintenance.
Essential Functions
- Mowing trimming and blowing of all turf areas around the resort.
- Planting weeding mulching all flower beds around the resort.
- Sweeps or blows roadside, walkways, parking lots and tennis courts.
- Edging of walkways, flowerbeds, and curbs throughout the property.
- Operate and maintain utility vehicles and equipment, following standards and safety guidelines.
- Deliver "I Am Proud" service standards and department-specific signature touch points.
- Establish cross-departmental channels of communication among teammates that are consistent and complete.
- Use of many common grounds maintenance power tools including mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Use of hand tools including rakes, brooms, shovels, sod knifes etc.
- Power washing all hardscape areas.
- Assists with irrigation system repairs and maintenance.
- Daily shop upkeep and cleanliness.
- Perform any other such duties, as assigned.
- Greet every guest, member, and team member with "I Am Proud" standards and set a positive tone for every interaction.

- Minimum Knowledge & Skills: Requires basic employment skills in clerical, service or manual areas
- Formal Education and Job-Related Experience: Previous grounds maintenance experience valued but not required.
- License, Registration, and/or Certification Required: Valid Driver's License.
- Communications:
- Daily – Pre shift meetings and stand ups.
- Occasionally – Participate in one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Teamwork and Collaboration: This position requires continuous teamwork as well as internal and cross-departmental communication.
