Since 2009 Garden Mother’s owner and operator, Katrina, has been advocating for patients rights, pushing past this industry's boundaries, giving back to the community, as well as providing the highest quality medical and recreational cannabis Missoula has to offer! As a company, Garden Mother has adapted and evolved with the changes in the cannabis market, constantly improving the quality of our products and how we support the community. Over the years, we have built trust with our clients in Missoula and surrounding areas, by providing compassionate care, and safe and effective medicinal products.

How do we ensure each client has a successful interaction? We make sure to hire wonderful, hardworking, kind, empathetic, motivated individuals to ensure a five star customer service experience is received every time. We are currently looking to fill one full-time position and one part-time position.

Duties include*;

• Five star customer service and care
• Compassion and patience when working with customers
• Processing paperwork
• General office and janitorial duties
• Office organizing
• Must be able to utilize critical thinking, and mindfulness
• Stay motivated and engaged while you work
• Restocking & Inventory Tracking
• Ability to utilize POS systems

Physical Requirements include:

• Ability to sit for up to 8 hours
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Must be able to bend, squat, and kneel down throughout the day
• Must be able to push, pull, and lift 30lbs.
• Ability to stay motivated for consistent work productivity

Qualifications Include:

• Must have a current Montana Cannabis Control Division badge to start working.
• Maintaining organized and tidy work space
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on enhancing the shopping experience
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
• Basic math skills for accurate transactions and retail math applications
• Effective communication skills to engage with customers and team members
• Experience in stocking and merchandising products in a retail environment
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail sales processes
• Catching potential problems before they arise
• Taking initiative in their work and responsibility for their actions
• Offering new ideas and creative solutions
• Setting personal goals for improvements in efficiency and productivity
• Using direct, honest, and professional communication
• Arriving for work punctually, prepared, and willing to get the job done
• Staying present in their work and connected to greater operational goals

Pay information:

• Base pay starting wage depends on experience.
• Base pay starting range of $15-$18
• Pay schedule 5th and 20th
• Please Note: Review with potential raise at 3 months

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
