Responsibilities

- Assist with food plating and presentation for various dining occasions, including banquets and events
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Handle food handling duties responsibly, ensuring proper storage and sanitation
- Support cooking activities and assist chefs in meal preparation as needed
- Buss tables and clear dining areas efficiently to maintain a clean environment
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests in dining areas
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and meet guest needs
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or hotel environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations preferred
- Experience with banquet service, catering, or large-scale food handling is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper hygiene practices is required
