As we grow our remote operations, we're seeking dedicated Independent Contractors based in Florida to assist with our daily dispatch operations and data management.
Role Overview:
As a Dispatch Assistant, you'll play a vital role in keeping GIC Hawaii's operations running smoothly. You'll support our logistics team by managing real-time dispatching, route monitoring, and accurate data entry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor delivery routes and assist with real-time updates
- Communicate with drivers and local operations team in Hawaii
- Input and verify shipment data accurately
- Assist with coordinating pick-ups and deliveries across islands
- Identify delivery issues and provide timely updates
- Support team with daily reports and dispatch tasks
We are looking to fill contractors to support Mon-Fri:
1pm - 9pm - Eastern Time Zone
