Garden Grille has been serving the Rhode Island and Southeastern New England community since 1996. Our delicious, innovative and locally sourced plant based dishes have garnered a devoted loyal fan base.
Experience: Minimum 1 year full service restaurant experience as a Busser, Food Runner or server
Required skills, knowledge and abilities including but not limited to:
- Work experience as a busser or food runner in a fast paced, full service restaurant
- Customer Service skills - speaking directly to customers in person and over the phone
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, days, evenings and holidays
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- Ability to safely confidently carry three plates of food at a time
- Ability to safely and confidently carry a tray with glassware
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests and coworkers
- Be punctual
