Please Note: This is a physically demanding, outdoor job that requires commuting between client locations. Applicants must be prepared to work hard in all types of weather, lift up to 50 lbs, and stay on their feet for extended periods of time.

We’re passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, and we’re looking for hardworking, reliable, and energetic Gardeners to join our team. This role involves traveling to different job sites in Salt Lake City and surrounding areas, so applicants must be comfortable with commuting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on landscape maintenance and installation at residential and commercial properties
• Weed, prune, trim, and maintain planting beds, driveways, walkways, fountains, and other outdoor features
• Plant and care for flowers, trees, shrubs, grasses, and other plant materials
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
• Work efficiently in all weather conditions and adapt to the physical demands of the job

Qualifications:

• Previous gardening, horticulture and landscaping experience preferred
• Strong plant identification skills and general horticultural knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks daily
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and a positive team player
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required (commuter position)
• High school diploma or GED

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Work on-site at client properties (commuting between locations required)
