Job Description:
As the Administrator, you will oversee all aspects of the facility’s operations, including resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team leadership. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who is passionate about quality care and fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of the facility.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations (DOH, CMS).
