We are a growing greenhouse and horticulture supply company serving both commercial growers and local customers through our warehouse and storefront. As a small, fast-moving team, we take pride in working hard, moving quickly, and getting orders out accurately and on time.
Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse & Delivery Associate. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with a mix of warehouse work, order fulfillment, customer interaction, and occasional driving.
This position is a great fit for someone early in their career who wants to learn multiple aspects of operations and grow with a company.
What You’ll Do
- Pick and pack e-commerce orders (small parcel shipments)
- Prepare and stage commercial orders (including pallet-sized shipments)
- Load and unload trucks (incoming and outgoing freight)
- Assist with organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Help customers in our storefront as needed
- Operate a box truck for local deliveries (as needed)
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and willingness to stay active throughout the day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and move quickly
- Dependable and punctual
- Team-oriented but able to work independently
- Comfortable lifting 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required for deliveries)
- Forklift experience is a plus (but not required – we can train the right person)

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
