Responsibilities
- Load and unload fencing and building materials
- Assist customers with product information and orders
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Create quotes, invoices, and process customer orders
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe warehouse/yard
- Help with deliveries and general warehouse duties as needed
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, yard, customer service, or sales experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors when needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills for quotes and invoicing
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Forklift experience is required
