🚑About the Role

As EMS at GCHS, you will serve on the front lines of emergency response, providing high‑quality prehospital care as staffing needs arise. You will deliver patient‑centered care with professionalism, clear communication, and compassion.

In this role, you will:

• Provide excellent patient care in accordance with current standards, approved protocols, Nebraska state regulations, and GCHS policies
• Maintain strong clinical and technical skills through continuing education, skills checks, and competency validations
• Work collaboratively with bystanders, law enforcement, fire departments, and hospital staff
• Represent GCHS positively and professionally at all times, both on scene and within the community

⭐ You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:

• Current Nebraska EMS licensure (EMT, AEMT, or equivalent)
• Current BLS certification (additional certifications preferred based on scope of practice)
• A commitment to patient‑centered, compassionate care
• Strong teamwork, communication, and professionalism
• Flexibility to work shifts as needed
