Customer Service Representative

- Proficiency: Microsoft Office.
- Education: High school or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers.
- Setting appointments for field service personnel.
- Keeping customers informed of the status of their job
- Entering post-job information from field service reps for billing.
- Follow up satisfaction calls to customers.
- Will have rotational on-call duties after training period.
- Process billing and other paperwork for the Service department.
- Other duties as assigned.
