Starting Compensation: $21.39 hr. eligibility of company benefits

Required Availability:
Special Response Officer- Varies based on assignment - must be available to work all shift hours including overnights during the week and on weekends (must be available to work overtime when needed).

About the job:

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on the activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You’re good at reading and writing detailed reports.
• Access control responsibilities.
• Crowd control responsibilities.
• Operating of metal detector machines and handheld wand metal detectors.
• Security video surveillance monitoring.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Vehicle patrols of client facilities through the use of company patrol vehicles during shift hours.
• Routine foot patrols (inside/outside) of client facilities.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your background:

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
• You’re able to an extensive screening process
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent situational awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn/adapt quickly.
• Excellent computer literacy skills.
• Ability to de-escalate possible stressful situations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
