As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as data centers, retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: East Phoenix, AZ
• Set schedule, we have 4 shifts available:
  • Shift 1 - Part time, Saturday & Sunday 2nd Shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm (16 hours per week)
  • Shift 2 - Part time, Saturday & Sunday 3rd Shift 10:00pm to 6:00am (16 hours per week)
  • Shift 3 - Part time, Saturday & Sunday 1st Shift 6:00am to 2:00pm (16 hours per week)
  • Shift 4 - Full time, Monday through Friday 2nd Shift 2:00pm to 10:00pm (40 hours per week)
• Competitive hourly wage of $20.00 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of Tactical Security Guard

• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity for the interior and exterior
• Excellent customer service
• Verify identities, creating/issuing badges for visitors, maintaining logs, and control access to secure areas
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and CCTV cameras
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard

• You have a valid AZ Unarmed Security License (Required)
• You have a valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record (Required)
• You have Security, Military, Law Enforcement, or Correctional Officer experience (Required)
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
