As an Operator – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in a security operations centers

Responsibilities of a Global Command Center Operator
- Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity using Genetec
- Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
- Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
- Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors using CCURE 9000
- Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
- Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
- Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard
- 2 years working in a command center, SOC, and/or GSOC environment
- 2 years working with Genetec Video Software and CCURE 9000 Access Control
- New York Security License
- Interact with sites in multiple countries / multiple states
- Be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong report writing skills
- Strong proficiency with technology
