As a casual Security Officer – Response, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

• Applicants must be fully flexible and available to work any day of the week and day and swing shift as scheduling needs may vary. Guaranteed or set schedules will not be offered for this position.

Responsibilities for Response Security Officer:

• Administering non-contact temperature checks and health-related questionnaires to employees and visitors entering the facility
• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
  Following protocols for denying or restricting entry to anyone with elevated temperature or health risk
• Maintaining a safe and healthy environment by controlling access points
• Monitoring and authorizing the entry and exit of personnel and vehicles through security gates and access points
• Conducting regular patrols of the premises, including the building interior, production areas, and perimeter fence
• Operating and monitoring surveillance equipment and CCTV cameras to detect and deter unlawful acts or security breaches
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Documenting security-related incidents, daily activities, and observations in detailed reports
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Response Security Officer:

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and day and swing shift as operational needs require. Shifts may vary from week to week, and guaranteed or fixed schedules are not available for this position. Flexibility is essential to support changing client needs, ensure adequate coverage, and maintain service excellence
