The Fleet Safety, Financial Project & Business Insurance Specialist provides administrative and operational support across insurance, licensure, and fleet safety/insurance programs. This role ensures accurate data management, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination across these key functional areas.
Responsibilities:
Community Insurance Support
- Provides administrative support for Community insurance operations, including processing certificates of insurance and related documentation
Fleet Safety & Vehicle Support (Community & Support Center)
- Maintains driver records, including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) approvals and ongoing driver training compliance within Samba Safety
- Maintains and tracks fleet insurance policies
- Manages vehicle maintenance records and documentation
- Coordinates annual fleet safety inspections and compliance checks
- Provides ongoing support to Community drivers and leadership
Licensure & Compliance Support
- Provides administrative and project support to the Financial Project & Business Insurance Coordinator
- Supports licensure processes, including Indiana licensure renewals
- Assists with RCF and Medicaid recertifications
- Supports CLIA renewal processes
- Assists with licensure applications as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience with file management, data organization, and administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); database experience preferred
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain professional composure in challenging situations

Salary : $65,000 - $68,000
