As a Security Officer, your role will vary depending on the day and special event. Whether it’s customer service, patrols, or surveillance, we need you to adapt with agility and precision.

Responsibilities for Security Officer:
- Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
- Access control, ensuring only authorized individuals enter the property.
- You will be involved in patrolling the property by car, bike, and by foot all day in a safe manner, and handle any weather conditions.
- You respond to calls as needed.
- You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
- You assist in the development and implementation of security policies and procedures to enhance community safety.
- You excel in reading and writing detailed reports.
- You provide rapid response in critical situations, providing assistance and coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- You document and report any unusual activities or incidents to upper management and the appropriate authorities and communicate with leadership on any safety concerns.
- You keep accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information to ensure a clear record of events for security purposes.
- You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
Qualifications for Security Officer:
- You can have or can obtain CPR/AED/First Aid Certification, within two weeks of an offer.
- You’re able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
- You have HS/GED diploma or transcripts. A college degree trumps HS.
- Some positions do require experience. Others are willing to train.
- You are humble and coachable to grow with us.
- You have a "Do what it takes" attitude and have a history of success.
- You have a valid PILB in hand.
- You have a DL and clean driving record.
- Your stamina will allow you to walk, sit, stand, throughout your shift.
- You are able to patrol by Car, golf cart, and your feet, despite the weather conditions throughout your shift.
- You must be over 21 years old.
- You are a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized.
