This role involves prepping materials, coordinating with vendors, scheduling deliveries, tracking inventory, and communicating with crews and office staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate deliveries, materials, and information between office and field teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the warehouse and material dispatch.
- Track and document inventory, deliveries, and material usage.
- Communicate with vendors and project coordinators daily.
- Report delays, shortages, or issues to management promptly.
- Maintain organized and accurate records and reports.
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and employee handbook guidelines.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Customer service–oriented mindset.
- Forklift handling experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
- Full Time: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional after-hours or weekend work depending on workload.
